Everyone at Essential Auto Care was so kind, knowledgeable, and transparent! They helped me figure out an issue I was having with my tire, and their customer service throughout the whole process was incredible. I got to wait in a very cozy waiting area and was given prompt updates about my vehicle. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Kelsey and Daniel. I came in with low tire pressure and asked if they could check the tire. They put my car up on the lift right away and started the process. They found a nail in my tire and plugged it immediately. They didn’t even charge me. There is a wonderful waiting area with couches, water, coffee, and tea. I felt completely comfortable coming into a place I did not know, especially as a woman. I’ve been procrastinating getting an evap leak looked at for the longest and Essential Auto Care saw me right away, provided detailed explanation of their findings WITH videos and photos. While I wish I could’ve supplied my own purge and vent valve parts I understand that since they have a 3 year warranty on parts and labor they want to ensure the best quality and original parts. Their work was quick and fixed the issue. Also great service, thanks Dan!

I got an oil change here. Everyone gave off a courteous and professional vibe. The waiting room is nice, comfortable with a variety of beverages, also clean. I really enjoyed their modern streamlined system, post service follow up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Definitely adds to my confidence for future services. Daniel helped me get the OEM filter I requested, very nice guy! Thank you! I had a good experience.

It was the first auto shop that i saw closer to my place hence not able to fully compare the price for the service but the decision was not bad as the advisor Daniel was very helpful and attentive. They fully explained and showed me what needs to be done . The auto shop itself was clean and the waiting area was nice as well. Overall i am pleased with service and went home confident driving my car.

This is a great shop. The updates from the mechanic with photos and descriptive text about the issues and solutions were extremely helpful. The breakdown of cost and the option to pursue service is great and easy. Daniel and Kelce made me feel comfortable and confident that all of my issues would be addressed. I highly recommend this shop.
