I got an oil change here. Everyone gave off a courteous and professional vibe. The waiting room is nice, comfortable with a variety of beverages, also clean. I really enjoyed their modern streamlined system, post service follow up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Definitely adds to my confidence for future services. Daniel helped me get the OEM filter I requested, very nice guy! Thank you! I had a good experience.

It was the first auto shop that i saw closer to my place hence not able to fully compare the price for the service but the decision was not bad as the advisor Daniel was very helpful and attentive. They fully explained and showed me what needs to be done . The auto shop itself was clean and the waiting area was nice as well. Overall i am pleased with service and went home confident driving my car.

This is a great shop. The updates from the mechanic with photos and descriptive text about the issues and solutions were extremely helpful. The breakdown of cost and the option to pursue service is great and easy. Daniel and Kelce made me feel comfortable and confident that all of my issues would be addressed. I highly recommend this shop.

We’re been coming to Essential for regular car maintenance for a few years and are always happy with the service we receive. Recently, my father had to bring his car in after an accident and not surprisingly they took great care of him. Kelsey and Daniel are extremely professional and make you feel like they actually care. The entire staff is welcoming and does great, quick, thorough service. They’re also very reasonably priced for the work they do.

Fast and pleasant experience

My dealership told me my brakes needed replacing at a low mileage, I wanted to find a shop who would tell me the truth. These guys did.

I’ve brought my Jeep to Essential Auto Care twice now for two different jobs, and both times have been great experiences. Daniel, the service advisor, was super helpful, honest, and kept me updated every step of the way. The team got the work done quickly and at a fair price. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but I’m glad I found this one. Highly recommend!
